Tasted in a Spiegelau IPA glass from a 1 pint can on November 10, 2017. This pale looks appealing and has a nice smooth finish. The smell and taste lack any distinguishing traits. Not bad, just bland.

The name couldn't be more fitting for the texture. Have never had a beer with a mouthfeel like this one. Very smooth and texture of velvet. But wanted more from the flavor

This is a lighter bodied, very well balanced, pale ale. You don't have a hop-bomp nor an ABV heavy beer hear so please don't rate it or expect it to be that. This is exactly what I want a sessionable APA to be.

A - Pale orange body, clear, with a short white head and lots of lacing.

S - Orange, zest and juice, minor pine, and a touch of pith.

T - Follows the nose, with an undercurrent of biscuit malts, and lush orange flavors, and a spritely tart close.

M - Brisk carbonation with a minor drying in the close.

O - Pleasant and full flavored, with enough punch while keeping the ABV low and the feel clean.

Pours a cloudy almost hazy light orange color. Thinnish weak white head dissipates quickly leaving no residual head or lacing.

Aroma has notes of clementine, grapefruit, orange, and pine.

Taste follows the nose with grapefruit, orange, clementine with just a hint of piney bitterness. Caramel and cracker malt backbone provides a very nice balance.

Feel is incredibly smooth and full. Medium carbonation.

Overall I really liked this beer - for an APA the flavor was quite nice and balanced. Certainly more fruity than bitter - but it still tastes like a traditional IPA.

i had this insanely fresh, so my experience was about as favorable as it gets, who knows what this is like even a month old, but when its brand new, its about as good as it gets. one of the better and more unique simple american pales i have had all year, all thanks to these amazing cashmere hops in here, which we really dont see enough of out there if this is what they are capable of! light brass colored brew, mostly clear and with a very lively white soda style head to it, and aroma of ripe juicy pineapple and white lifesaver candy, yum! the flavor is really good, just a little pale malt behind this unique hop complexion, which is mostly dry hopped to me, and all cashmere from what i gather. more pineapple, green apple, sage or mint or something botanical, but restrained too, green melon, watermelon rind, lemongrass, peach rings, and a fresh green tea, its amazing, even better in taste than it smells, and so fresh its incredible. its so bold and different, it kind of reminds me of the first time i tastes mosaic hops, there was no going back. im not sure why, if this is a true expression of cashmere, why they havent blown up yet, it must only be a matter of time. i like how light and bubbly this is, how the feel carries the awesome hop flavors forward, and i really wish i had a about a dozen of these cans to slam! an unexpected gem, one of the best hoppy beers ive had lately, really incredible, i know freshness is everything, but this really blew me away!

I got this beer from my friend FFFJunkie, thank you for the beer. Poured into a pint glass at 40 degrees. The appearance of the beer is a frothy, creamy, airy, and foamy head that has fair retention. The head left lacing on the glass as it dissipated. The color of the beer is around SRM 6 a deep gold color. The clarity of the beer is mostly opaque. The beer does have a carbonation.

The initial aroma of the beer is grapefruit, citrus, pine, and floral. Additional flavors in the beer are crackers, yeast, and lightly toasted malt.

The beer has a pleasing hop flavor. The flavors of the beer are floral, pine, grapefruit, crackers, yeast, and lightly toasted malt.

The mouthfeel of the beer is slightly dry and carbonated. The body of the beer is medium, a medium plus carbonation, medium astringency, and medium finish.

The beer I hold all pale ales to is SNPA, this beer misses that standard. It is a flavorful pale ale, just need more hops.
