Notes:
Brewed with some of our favorite new hop varieties from our favorite hop farmers - Citra, Simcoe, Chinook, Ekuanot, Azacca, and Galaxy. Electric Jellyfish is filled with a bright tropical citrus character along with notes of orange, mango, lychee, and a floral backbone. The Jellyfish is a hazy new school IPA focusing on the juicy hop flavor and aroma while keeping the bitterness balanced and refreshing.

I'm spoiled with IPAs, being from New England, but this is a very good example of that style.
If you love IPAs, find yourself in Texas, and see this on the menu, get it. It has a similar cloudy, juicy taste of one you'll find in the Northeast.

This is arguably one of the best IPAs in Texas. A definite rival of Yellow Rose. The last time I had an IPA this good from this corner of the US, was Ghost In The Machine.
Mouthfeel is smooth, citrusy & sweet. Foggy appearance with excellent head-retention. Very drinkable.

Electric Jellyfish was the best beer I found in Austin (and in Texas as well). It is more like the New England IPAs that I like, and would give most of the more notable breweries in the tri-state area a run for their money. Reminds me of early Vermont IPAs.

Juice bomb with slight haze. Reminds me of Heady Topper, but with a more bitter finish. Would drink this every day. Had on tap but this is a beer that should be canned. UPDATE: Still one of my favorite American IPAs produced in Texas, but their WTF is Juice is equally yummy.

Pours hazy orangish yellow. Short, foamy, Whitehead that Fades slowly with light lacing.
Smells grapefruit, Orange Peel, floral, light Pine and light malt.
Tastes Citrus, grapefruit, light pineapple, orange peel and floral. Followed by light malts and pine. Finishes dry with a citrus peel linger. Medium body and smooth medium carbonation.

Not being an especially big fan of IPAs, I'm a bit biased, but I was intrigued after reading much about this one. It's not bad. I could easily imagine IPA fans enjoying this one.

I wanted to like it more. I don't hate it and I appreciate the grapefruit aspect, but overall I'm not loving the beer. Too much floral on this one. It's as if I am eating a jasmine vine with a squirt of grapefruit. It looked great for a hazy IPA. Many will love it I'm sure, just not for me.
