Murky gold pour, steady white head. The nose offers pine and citrus.
Taste shares peach, papaya, sweet orange, light kilned malt, pine. Medium mouthfeel. Finish is a resiny massage. Nice beer sitting somewhat between the coasts.

Canned 2/15/24.
L: Pours a hazy deep orange-gold with a creamy white head that clings around the glass after thinning. Some upwardly mobile bubbles are visible. Minimal thin lacing.
S: Noticeable aromas of peach and strawberry. A little melon.
T: Taste follows the nose, nicely blending the strawberry and peach with some more generic citrus and tropical notes. Finishes dry but not bitter.
F: Medium mouthfeel and carbonation.
O: A well-executed hazy IPA that showcases a variety of fruit flavors.

Poured from the can into a snifter glass.
Bold bright orange with an opaque appearance and nice glow. Creamy forming three finger head, off white with a real nice bowled collar.
Floral heavy aroma with a real powdery like sense on the nose. Hints of dry flour and cream strangely making a real odd combination on the nose.
Palate kind of feels ordinary. Decent malt backbone but more of a dry flour malt forward note. Light touches of faint orange citrus and dank tropical qualities, but doesn't push big enough to come across as hop forward. Finishes with almost old school bitterness and astringency, while tasting a tad boozy.
Passable and drinkable, but not really memorable.

The OG Training Bines? As I post this I realize I’ve tried four or five different variations of this beer across the various collaborators. I’ll need to revisit this for comparisons sake now.
Pours with just the slightest of hazy. Light aroma hides the sip bursting with juicy flavor. This went down all too easy.

Pours a slightly hazy, golden orange in color and a lovely, white, frothy head with decent retention (that eventually subsides) and strong lacing. Aroma is floral with pine and tropical fruits and a hint of bubble gum. Taste follows the nose quite well. Sweet, buttery malts up front with a pine and citrus hop climax (having a hard time identifying specific flavors -- cantaloupe?) towards the swallow. There's a bit of an herbal, tea flavor in the mix as well. Finishes bitter with lingering lemon peel and candy malts. The mouthfeel is excellent. Medium bodied with smooth, zesty carbonation and a good amount of chewiness. It isn't overly heavy or thin. Overall a pretty complex and quaffable IPA that goes down pretty easy at 7% ABV. I've heard good things about Pinthouse and this one didn't disappoint, even if it was a bit spendy.
