@ Raleigh Brewing

Cloudy, whitish straw colored with a thin white head. Fresh, flowery sweet and wort-like aromas topped with a slight lemon presence. Tart and puckering from the start, featuring some grainy wheat, lemon, and an interesting touch of vanilla. Not terribly acidic or lactic, but dry, sour, and super refreshing. The pleasantly tart flavors and low ABV make this absolutely crushable. I hope this stays on tap for the summer months.

They do offer it "mit schuss," if you're into that sort of thing. I think it's a fine beer as-is.
