I tried a pint of this beer off the tapper at Woody's Wing House in Worthington, Ohio. It poured a slightly hazy golden with white head that did not leave much lace. The scent had floral notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with bright malt base and floral hop presence with subtle bitter citrus highlights. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it is a great beer.

The only readily available saison I've encountered here in central Ohio. This is for an undated can poured into a tulip. Clear, pale golden hir with almost no head. Tiny, disapating bubbles provide underwhelming carbonation when compared to draft offerings I've tasted. I still appreciate the mix of citrus and Belgian yeasty notes i get on the nose. Dry,and a bit tart on the tongue; lemon and grass from the hops persist with crackery malt rounding it out.

Poured from a can in to a tulip. The beer is an extremely clean, light golden color. The head disappears almost instantly. The aroma is bready with slight earthiness and a very slight hoppiness. The taste is sweet and a bit earthy as is characteristic if this style. There is a pleasant aftertaste: sour and sweet. The beer has a very light feel in the mouth and has a medium level of carbonation.

Overall, I liked this beer. It is has a very light feel in its appearance and taste, but it has an interesting flavor profile. I'd get it again.

Beautiful light color, lacing , tart front end, clean light, good beer for summer. Deceivingly light for 6.5%.

12 FL OZ can
Served in a tulip glass

This beer pours a hazy, light yellow color. It is topped with a couple inches of fluffy, white head that leaves a little lacing.

It has a nice lemon aroma with hints of tart and funk.

The flavor is funky, spicy, and lemony.

Medium mouthfeel with lots of carbonation

This is a refreshing, well made saison. I'd say it's the best canned saison that I have had to this exact moment in my life.

Pours a clear light straw with a thin white head. Mild earthy aroma, with some light fruit from the yeast. Dry earthy flavor, with some sweet biscuit notes from the malt to balance it out. Light bodied, easy drinking, this is a nice hot weather saison.

This is a tasty little farmhouse that I've had a couple times. Not a beer you have a few of, but a beer that goes well with breakfast for those of you that like to start your weekend off right.
