YSB, very well done. Out of the half dozen or so brew-pubs here in Dayton; Yellow Springs is in my opinion on top. On tap at South Park Pizza & Tavern. The Wobbly Wheel is a good example of a fresh hopped IPA. Nice & sweet, but still well balanced. Great aroma too!

YSB is a top notch brewery that keeps getting better. The Wobbly Wheel is perhaps my favorite of the lineup. Beautiful, classic pour with citrusy nose that begs for you to take a taste. It is just the right hop balance and flavor and you can easily be tricked that it comes in at 8%! Just wait for the canning line to come on board and YSB beers will quickly gain a bigger profile on here!

Poured into a snifter glass. Beautiful transparent golden color. Citrus and floral aromas. Same with the taste. Grapefruity goodness with a clean after taste. No presence of alcohol. Shocking that it's 8%, but I can definitely feel it after one. I've had all their beers and this is the best one so far. A great brewery with even greater potential!

I'm an IPA guy, and this is one of my favorites. It's got a lot of hop flavor using: Simcoe, Mosaic, and Centennial hops, and has a strong ABV- at 9.0 (even though it's listed on here as 8.0) without being to dry. Good taste and strong, from one of the best breweries in my area, Yellow Springs Brewery!
