Style: American Double / Imperial IPA

Alcohol by volume (ABV): 8.00%

Availability: Rotating

Notes / Commercial Description:
So mega-hopped it will take you to hop heaven. We’ve used hops in the boil, more hops in the giant hopback, and added to that, an incredible amount of dry-hopping for that cutting-edge “hop bite.” Once you’ve tasted this unique beer, all others pale in comparison. 1.072 OG Classified IBU

Appearance - Nice orange/amber, with slight copper jacket.

Smell - Tangerine, little honey sweetness in the nose, citrus and a little tinge of burnt sugar.
Taste - Bitter Hop, Resiny, slightly carbonated. Instantly reminds me of a Stone Ruination ipa when it hits the tongue but more rounded flavor.
Mouthfeel - Tingy, with a slight rise of carbonation, malt comes out a little making it smoother

Drinkability - Starting from a clean palate, meaning no beers before this one, not a bad DIPA. I like the fresh hop profile, the resiny introduction, but this is lacking something for me. The taste leaves you too fast. I'm looking for more of a punch and deeper taste profile. I would still recommend.
