Another underappreciated style, in my opinion. Pours light amber with golden highlights. Head poofs down to nothing almost instantlt. Nose is citrus, ciscuit and caramel.

Malt driven, obviously, with a thin texture and lots of carbonation. Simple but interesting, with lemon lezt in the aftertaste. I can see this going nicely with seafood or chicken, in place of white wine. Also, this would fit well in very hot weather. Unfortunately, there is snow on the ground at the moment. Worth a try.

Appearance: Pours a beautiful, golden, amber, color, with a finger and a half of white-colored head that dissolved away into a thin lacing of foam that completely covered the top of the beer.

Aroma: Strong aromas of bready, toasted malt, imparting aromas of biscuits and freshly-baked sourdough bread. There are also aromas of caramel, black pepper and hits of orange peel. Quite nice.

Taste: Tasty! Lots of toasted malt up front, followed by some brown sugar and caramel-like sweetness, some spices of black pepper and thyme. Finally, the beer finishes with some pronounced, but, balanced, piney, slightly resin-like hops. It’s a very tasty beer.

Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied, crisp and nicely effervescent as there’s quite a bit of carbonation to tickle the taste buds. With an ABV of 5.1%, there is no alcohol on the palate.

Overall: This is quite a tasty beer. Malty, bready, with hints of spice and sweetness, and easy to drink. A very nice beer. Looking forward to trying other Atlas Brew Works beers. Recommended.

Poured from a 12 oz. can. Has a dark golden color with a 1/2 inch head. Smell is of toasted malts, some citrus hops. Taste is toasted malts, light hops, crackers. Feels medium bodied in the mouth and overall is a smooth and highly refreshing beer that I could easily drink several of.
