The beer menu listed a 28 IBU and stated the use of Pilsner malt, wheat, rye, and a French saison yeast in creating this beer.

The beer's body had a hazy, light yellow body with a fair yet thin white head. The nose was rather subtle but included citrus and spice notes with rye and black pepper. The flavor had a yeasty, bready backbone note that deftly carried the spice and citrus tones from all the grains and yeast. The body felt medium in weight, crisp, with a dry finish.

The sum of the flavor parts created a very tasty flavor and exquisite mouthfeel. The malts and grains mix and blend together in a very intriguing and pleasing manner. The flavor does a nice job with keeping the ABV well in the background so as not to overpower things. Lots of depth and balance make this a very fine saison beer...
