B 8 on the label.
Pours a clear 24 karat gold with the usual excellence of execution with the foam for most Belgian Ales.
It smells tart and yeasty. But I would be remiss if I didn't mention the Brett. A very healthy dose of it.
Tart, Brett and yeasty flavours, a bit of spice that suggests cinnamon. Overall, they work well together but I reckon those flavours could be at yet a higher level.
Medium body with lightish carbonation.
Very enjoyable and could have, imho, been great. Missed it by that much.

Poured from 330mL bottle into a tulip.
Appearance: rich golden hue with a light haze and a strong effervescence. Head is a finger of fizzy ivory foam; great color on this one.
Smell: lightly sweet malt aroma with just a teeny bit of funk. It's subtle, but it's nice.
Taste: a bit of sweetness, a bit of malt and a little bit of tart. Reminds me of a kettle sour in its subtlety; I find it a pretty refreshing beer.
Mouthfeel: light body with a great big carbonation. Definitely fizzy and not creamy, but I think that works in the context of a slightly-tart, refreshing brew.
Overall: a highly drinkable beer with a relatively low ABV (my bottle says 4.5%). I could definitely see downing a couple of these on a nice day.

A light, fruity (pear and apple as advertised), slightly sour with a touch of basement must crusher. Perfect match to this burger and fries.

Better head; still thin. Fresh apricot and peach aroma. Sweeter flavor; more balanced with esters; nice Brett or wild yeast funk.
This sample pleased my senses much more. It is nicely balanced and delivers a very approachable wild ale character.
-----------------------
Dark orange body; thin, fizzy head; some cloudiness from yeast sediment. Earthy, fruity aroma. A little tart and sour flavor; mild brett with some yeast breadiness. Heavy body but with a watery consistency; semi-dry finish.
A rather disappointing sour ale that is not too sour and lacks a lot in looks and aroma. The fruit flavors to tasted like the apple and pear listed on the bottle but don't come through to much overall. I couldn't decipher any date on the bottle although there was a partially distorted dot-matrix code with the last five characters being 3TRIP. Well, I have a second bottle, so we'll see if that is any improvement over this rather forgettable Belgian sour.

Pours a medium reddish orange color with low carbonation evident and one inch of off white head.
Lightly tart dark fruits, Brett, oranges, Belgian yeast, citrus, and apples. Medium to light body and low carbonation.
Overall a good, lightly tart beer with some definite Belgian yeast to it. Not super sour but worth checking out.

This is a fairly red pouring beer. Minimal head. The nose has got a sour smell to it. Tart apple, cherry smell to me. The taste has some sourness to it, but not as strong as I would have guessed from the nose. It has a decent feel to it. Some carbonation feel. Not a bad choice.
