Can pour- clear deep gold straw color with short white head leaving significant foamy lacing. Nose is bright citrus and pine with sweet malt in back. Taste follows with lingering bitterness on a citric and slightly dry finish.

Here's another beer that was picked up in September 2019 as part of the trek through the state to go see the Stones at the Rose Bowl. Must have bought like a case at this place, they are under the radar.
Pours yellow. Remarkable clarity, especially for a small brewery. 1/2" white head. She is a looker. Mosaic and Amarillo do the heavy lifting for aroma, seems like a greater amount of Amarillo at play here giving off more of an agrarian hop nose of grain, hay, lemon and orange like hops than the usual Mosaic descriptors.
Taste is quite enjoyable. Hits the bitter and astringent note, but with flavor to keep this nice. Light blueberry weed strain, grapefruit rind, pine, passion fruit kind of hop notes in the taste. Mouth feel is great in that it hides 8% very well, easy to drink, so crisp and so clean. Has that older school Simcoe bitterness but with enough flavors to be right in the wheelhouse for a double ipa.
Cool Cheech & Chong pop culture reference bro.

On tap. Cloudy gold color with a thin layer of white head. Bright citrus smell. Medium feel. Taste has a hint of citrus but is dominated by big pine flavors. If you like piney hops, this is for you.

Pint at THG.
A: Served a deep golden color with a dense cap of off-white foam that faded to a lasting collar. Sticky rings lace were left down the glass.
S/T: Definitely some mosaic in this. Sweet fruit nectar up front with hints of earthy berry patch and faint onion. Finish is full of an herbal green bitterness with just a hint of mint and garlic lingering in the aftertaste.
M: Medium-full body, greasy and chewy mouthfeel, but a dry and fairy clean and light body. Soft carbonation, very smooth and easy mouthfeel that's tingly from the freshness. Alcohol has a touch of slickness to the mouth.
O: Another super fresh and juicy yet dry hoppy beer from Altamont. Near flawless as a beer, as a lot of their beers are, but not my personal subjective favorite. Drinks super well. Very easy and quaffable.

Draught pour at University of Beer. Pours a hazy light golden yellow with a finger of white head that left ringed lacing. Nose is vibrant bright citrus. Taste matches the nose without any sweetness. Mouthfeel is great, carbonation spot on, and the finish dry, astringent, that lingers a bit. Damn tasty DIPA that I'll definitely grab again!
