Pretty solid selection of bombers and six packs. Can find some unusual stuff. Picked up a botgle of Caddilac Mountain Stout here a few weeks ago.

First things first, check your dates, I found some Chillwave that was 2 weeks past its best buy date. My bad I thought it was a bottled on date. Selection is pretty good and being 2 minutes over the NY border they tend to have some stuff I can't get in NY. Worth a stop if you are in the area, don't go out of your way for it.

This place is in serious need of a more recent review. They have definitely gotten their act together since last fall, and have made a concerted effort to stay up to date.

I have been more than pleasantly surprised lately- just today I was able to snag some Bourbon County, but there were so many others vying for my attention. The most noticible change is in the end cap with bombers/special releases- so many to choose from including Firestone Walker, the aforementioned BCBS, a host of excellent regulars, Belgian Yeti, etc.- all at very reasonable prices.

The other sections have improved as well. They do like to be thorough in this store- meaning if they carry a brewer then they will have a number of their offerings. that holds true for three main aisles: Craft, Import and 'bulk craft' (like SA and SN). It's great to see so many four-packs of Unibroue on display, for example.

Give this store a shot- you will definitely walk out with something. For the area this is one of the best stores around. And, in a more general sense, it's still better than Good.

Time to edit my review from 2008! This place has taken MAJOR strides with regard to the variety of craft beer offerings. You'll even find some of the hard to find releases.
Pricing is competitive with other area shops. Beverage Barn should be on your list of places to check out if you're in the area.

i stopped in this past weekend to see what these guys have. they have more wine than beer but the selection was good. they have some belgians (Corsendonk, Chimay) but more of a selection of domestic beers (ommegang, saranac, sam adams, flying fish, bud, coors), and then some guinness and peroni.

not too much out of the ordinary here, worth a try if you live in the area, because i live about 15 minutes from this store i probably wont be going back.

i gave a reasonable cause there were no prices marked by the beer and i did not purchase anything.

they didnt ask me if i wanted help until i was half way out the door.
