A: The beer is slightly hazy dark amber in color and has a moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a short light beige colored head that quickly settled down, leaving a thin film of bubbles on the surface and a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of caramel malts and piney hops are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell, having moderate amount of bitterness from the piney hops and having strong notes of underlying caramel malts.
M: It feels medium-bodied and very crisp on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This amber ale has a nice "bite" from the hops and also is well balanced between the hops and malts.

Intense RIPA (Red/Amber IPA) pours a deep Amber with a beige foamy receding head and fragrant floral spice with notes of pine and Grapefruit with B I G bitter hops. Notes of grapefruit PEEL and dry “red” and bold bitter American IPA Red 70 IBU (taste like 80) and 7% ABV. B I G aftertaste with bold bitter hops.

Decanted from a 12 oz (355 ml) bottle into a conical pint glass; no production information.
A: Pours a hazy, medium copper color with only a hint of head formation and very little lacing.
S: Aromas of white pepper, honeysuckle, caramel, raisin, and orange.
T: Flavor elements similar to nose, but citrus more lemon than orange flavor and much stronger in the overall flavor picture. Medium, peppery bitterness appropriate to create happiness at this level of malt with a lingering tingling.
M: Medium bodied with substantial, persistent carbonation. a bit chewy.
O: An enjoyable Red IPA. Hoppy and satisfying
