This place was packed for lunch on the Saturday after Independence Day. The restaurant area was pretty big, the bar fit twenty plus some long community tables for another fifty. The service was great and knowledgeable. We tried four of their beers and they were all above average to outstanding. They had 23 taps with one cask (room for two) and two nitros. The brewing equipment is in plain view. Great atmosphere.

Really cool place with the best sampler set-up I've ever seen - flights of 10 beers in arched metal trays, beers are numbered and correspond with descriptions in the menu. They offer 2 different flights of 10 beers each. Beers were quite good, though heavily IPA and PA influenced. Catering to the demand I understand, but one wonders how many hoppy beers you can sample and still consider it a tasting. Food was excellent - typical pub fare, but all locally sourced.

Great late afternoon spot. Decent service at the bar. Amazing selection ( recommend the "To The Days" IPA). Service at a table after 5:30/6:00 is hit and miss, but come on, you're not really going to a brewery for outstanding food service. Friendly staff, and decent food. Go for the beer, stay for the beer!

Love this place, tons of seating options between tables and the bar, the wait usually isn't too long. Location (north/central downtown Boise) is perfect and within walking distance of down-town Boise events. Service is usually good in this place, and I really think the food is above-average, and the nachos are especially awesome. Beer selection is also good, with options ranging from light to dark and everything in between, including usually at least one sour. The quality of 10 Barrel's beer has always been very high. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for brew options only or food & beer options.

Impressive range of brews available on tap. Bartender was knowledgeable and able to clearly describe differences and distinctions between various beers. I tried the Batch 37 - billed as an IPA with a bit lower IBU than the other IPA's. It came as described, a good brown ale with a hop level above the average Brown Ale. A very good ale but, I realized that I am a confirmed hophead.
The menu was well thought out. Not overly long, but good choices for all tastes and palates. I had a burger which was excellent - almost too big too wrap your mouth around, with plenty of delicious toppings, and cooked perfectly to order. one person in our party had the Nacho's which were outstanding, and we could not finish, it was immense. Attentive wait staff.

Taps: I failed to make an exact count, but easily over 20 different draft styles offered.
Cask: two cask conditioned styles offered
Bottles: did not check (?)

Good beer drinking atmosphere, plus $10 flights (10 samples). Food was pretty good also, and more than twenty taps (all 10 Barrel). Always bustling, right in downtown, bicycle friendly.

Mac and Cheese, burger, kobe sando, and grilled cheese were all tried amongst our party. Reg fries, sweet potato fries, and home made kettle chips were sided. Everything was damn fine and tasty.

Sampled the DUB doiuble IPA, Creay Nitro, some wheat and a dark ale called Cynical. Cynical was my fav. DUB is there big advertised beer and i had high hopes. But it was salty, dont know if its hopped with something ivce never had or if it wasmoff. Cynical was like a black Imperial IPA and amazing.

I ended up ordering the Knight Ryder rye stout. Best stout I've ever had. Thick creamy mouth, low alcohol taste with a sweet kick buzz. Smelled malty sweet. Kind of toasted. It tasted like chocolate milk and a nice roasted coffee.
