Style: Kölsch

Alcohol by volume (ABV): 4.80%

Notes / Commercial Description:
Modeled after the bright, beautiful ales of Koln, our interpretation has a clean, crisp malt character similar to a Pilsner. The authentic Kolsch yeast strain pairs perfectly with our unique blend of aromatic Noble hops from Germany.

Tastes like a generic, commercial pale ale. Not worth reviewing.

Appearance - Pours a gold with two fingers of bubbly white head.

Smell - noble hops, grass, hay, slight adjunct notes, grains.

Taste - Starts off with the grains then goes into the adjunct notes then bitter grassy noble hops. Flavours are atypical of the style.

Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Finishes dry.

Overall - A brew that is not sure what it is trying to be (a kölsch, a pilsner, a blonde?). This one needs to go back to the drawing board.
