From the 12 oz can in a snifter. This solid little brew pours a
nice clear golden with nice light head of white foam that settles
to a thick ring, thin clumping layer, and sports some nice light
lacing. Nose of Belgian candy sugar, sweet fresh breaded malts,
and herbal notes of coriander, citrus, and light clove. Flavors
exceed the nose with a fine presentation of honey malts, candy
sugars, herbal hop touches, orange zest, lemon zest, clove,
fresh sweet bread, and coriander. Nice mouth feel; medium
body, smooth, lightly warming, light subtly prickly carbonation,
and a lightly dry finish.
Overall, a SOLID brew!
Cheers

Pours mostly clear golden, sugar white head is a quarter inch thick, retains as a film.
Smells of coriander, citrus, clover honey, fresh wildflower and biscuit.
Very sweet, wildflower honey and lots of candi sugar with some hints of biscuit and hop. Borders on mead in terms of sweetness. Coriander and peppercorn in the finish.
Full body, stinging carbonation on the tongue.
I enjoy this, but it doesn't really work as a tripel. It's basically a braggot, at least taste-wise. In that regard it's pretty great, but probably not what people are going to expect when they open it.

750 ml bottle, no dating on it that I notice but it's from a recent release about a month or so ago. Served in a Unibroue tulip, the beer pours a hazy gold color with about an inch off-white head. Head retention and lacing are both good. Aroma is nice, the brew smells like tropical fruit, peppery spice, sweet apples and candi sugar. Taste is similar to the aroma, but there's also some pears and earthiness noticeable along with a hoppy bitterness. Mouthfeel/body is medium, it's a bit slick and creamy with a good amount of carbonation. I thought it was an enjoyable brew, definitely worth trying! $10.99 a bottle.
