750mL bottle poured into a Teku glass
A: Slightly hazy orange with a two-finger head that lingers
S: Pepper, wheat, herbs/grass... a bit incoherent but everything I'd expect in a saison
T: Tart, wheat, pepper, lemongrass
M: Medium-bodied, tart and crisp
O: I've had several saisons recently that all tasted the same... this one is true to the style and unique; I enjoy the tart addition

Yellow gold with a soft white ring and endless curtains of lace.
Smell is Sweet Tarts, light barnyard, grass, and cologne.
Taste is a little lemon, orange, cherry and grass.
Very dry and quite bitter.

750 ml bottle, no dating on it that I noticed but I'm pretty sure the bottles were released within the past month or so. Served in a tulip, the beer pours a mostly clear gold color with a couple inch frothy off-white head. Head retention and lacing are both good. Aroma is nice, the brew smells like peppery spice, bubblegum, pear, citrus and grassiness. Taste is similar to the aroma, it tastes like peppery spice, bubblegum, banana, citrus peel, wheat/grainy malt, and a bit of tart citrus. There's also a nice bitter grassy finish. Mouthfeel/body is medium, it's a bit coating with a good amount of carbonation. I thought it was an enjoyable brew, glad I tried this one. I thought the tartness was subtle, but still noticeable. $10.99 a bottle.
