2016 World Beer Cup Bronze Medal Winner
An unfiltered witbier with hints of citrus & coriander. This "partly cloudy" ale features slight citrus and spicy aromas complemented by mild sweet pilsner and wheat malt tastes. Our friends in Belgium would be proud of us.

Poured into a US Tumbler. Cloudy straw color with lingering head and lace that sticks to the side of the glass.
Floral aromas with a hint of hops that hit the back of the palate alongside the ample carbonation on the way down.
Flavors reminds me a lot of Weihenstephaner Hefeweissbier, but less sweet. Lemon citrusy notes dominate.
Love the can. I pour everything into a glass anyway and I am starting to believe that the can is just a miniature keg that is easier to recycle than glass.
