16oz can. Poured out an opaque, jet-black color with a small, light brown head of foam. It smelled of coffee, roasted malt and chocolate. Roasty with coffee and chocolate. Nice bitterness.

Black with one finger darker tan head. I don't get much on the nose, a little roast and dried fruit. Flavor is unlike any other stout I've had. It's dominated by a very burnt, charcoal taste, like the roasted barley was roasted to oblivion. Maybe they just used too much roasted barley. Characteristically smooth oatmeal stout.
