I was really surprised when this place had no reviews on BA but then I realized it's very new! Found it from some Canadian Craft beer website and I was not disappointed!

This place is the alehouse for Paddock Wood Brewing and damn do they brew some fine beers. Their IPA and DIPA are the best I've had in Saskatchewan. They didn't have all that many beers to try but they did have a nice bottle selection. There was only 1 guest tap, however.

The ambience is like a cross between an upscale restaurant and your favorite little pub. It's definitely a little trendy, which I enjoyed. The servers are really nice and attentive and the food is incredible. I had a lentil, quinoa, beet, summer squash, goat cheese salad on recommendation from the server and it was really, really good. A friend had the slow-roasted pork sandwich and he said it was great.

I wish I had had more time when I was here as I would have had more of their beers. No TV so I had to watch the hockey game elsewhere, but this is definitely a must-visit if you're in Saskatoon.
