12oz bottle poured into a tulip glass
A- slow pour produces a foamy head that fills 3/4 of the glass and remains long after the pour, looks over carbonated
S- roasted malt, light cocoa powder, a bit earthy, sweet caramel
T- slightly smoky roasted malt gives flavors of chocolate and caramel, hints of coffee and dark fruit on the finish
M- medium body with high carbonation leads to a over-foamy mouthfeel that continues to the finish
O- a tasty porter, but a bit one dimensional. Seemed over-carved as well

Poured moderately hard from a bottle into a snifter glass, forming a couple fingers of tan head that faded to some lacing. Light brown color, somewhat translucent. Smells of slightly sweet malt, a bit similar to some milk stouts. Flavor is similar, with malt coming first, a bit of sweetness, ending with a brief roasty flavor. Very simple and drinkable. Pretty light body with minimal carbonation. A good solid every day porter.

Pours a solid black color with a light tan head about a finger thick, pillowy in nature, fades slowly. Smells of roasted malts and cocoa powder. Taste is slightly dark chocolate, coffee, and a little dark fruit towards the finish. Nice, medium body that finishes fairly cleanly. Nice beer, I'd certainly buy this one again.
