Pours a clear orange with thick, soapy head.
Smell is bready and floral with a hint of pickle juice. Pretty clean and crisp.
Taste follows the nose and adds some dill and white bread along with a soft bitterness.
Mouthfeel is thin to medium, well carbonated.
Overall, a good Helles. I had higher hopes, considering Weihenstephaner are involved.
