The bber The beer pours with a fizzing sound. The colour is gold (7 EBC), the liquid is clear; the white head sinks quickly to a thin lid without any lacing.

The smell is estery, spicy and hoppy, lots of sweet flavours. Wood, turpentine, green plants, herbs and flowers.

The taste is dry with herbal flavours and quite a lot of fresh wood and chipboard. Dried flowers and herbs. Some flowery hops and clean medium bitterness. Medium body. The aftertaste got some surprising hot flavours, herbs and flowers plus hints of apricots, parsley and thyme. The finish is dry with chemical hints of chipboard.

The carbonation is strong; the bubbles short-lived. The liquid is dry and light.

The spices are well integrated in this beer. I don’t know much about the herb Garden Angelica, but it certainly gave the beer an interesting twist.
