750ml bottle poured into a snifter

A- pours a purple color with a light purple foamy head that has great retention, looks awesome

S- fresh blackberries up front, followed by crisp wheat, some lacto tartness & lemon peel

T- slightly tart up front , followed by a gush of fresh blackberry and lacto tartness. The finish is fruity and tart with lingers of more fresh blackberry

M- medium-light body with bubbly carbonation leads to an effervescent mouthfeel and a bubbly crisp finish

O- light freshly pressed blackberries, delicious

So much cloudy rooby tonez!! Amazing berry and tart fruit taste (but not necessarily blackberry). Lurkaholic, there are no words for my feelings.

Edit: Beetroot! Getting it in the taste in the best possible way!!

A wonderfully unique and delicious offering from de Garde. Beautiful purple haze. Big jammy fruit on the nose. Taste is amazing. Super sour. Wonderful fruit taste. You get a touch of bitterness from the seeds that adds another dimension to the flavor. Almost a blackberry puree it's so thick. Dances on the tongue. World class. Cheers to de Garde. This is worth seeking out.
