A. pours a really beautiful, almost glowing peachy-red, just a touch of haze. Topped with half a finger of white head with a slight pink tint, poor retention as expected.
S. Reed grapes and berries, some key lime, and a drop of bombay saphire gin.
T. Lemony sour, some red grape and a bit of cranberry. Some other red berries in there too. Some nice oak comes out as it warms.
M. Medium-light body, medium-strong carbonation.
O. Really nice. Probably the best of the three grape varieties.

Head fades quickly leaving a watered down cranberry juice looking beverage with a small slick of white bubbles swirled with maroon. Body is still sufficiently spritzy, but not as highly carbed as many Bu, which enhances the wine / beer hybrid aspect. One of the more subtle of the Vin Bu combinations - where Merlot screamed "MERLOT" with jammy notes and Tempranillo had some swaggering tannins, this has a light balance ... gamay / beaujolais like. The acidity is a bit tamer, working well with the wine character.
