Thanks to rudzud.

Light fizzy head, grapefruit link color, layered ruby red grapefruit juicy color.

Nose juicy plum, flesh mostly, little skin note, sour wheat mash, little sour funky wild notes, hint citrus note, floral notes.

Taste juicy plum, grape skin, lemony tartness, grassy rindy funk like, sour wheat Berliner like, sticky lactic feel, little citrus lemony Tate, etc. Finish sticky flemmy syrupy like, grapefruit and plum lingering, little lemony tartness, funk lingering.

Mouth is med bod, little flemmy, nice carb.

Overall ok, pretty nice.

A: Looks like grapefruit juice, but maybe even pinker. Like a mixture of Pepto Bismol and water. I've never seen a beer like this. Head doesn't stick around long enough to mention.
S: First, hit with that tartness. A few more sniffs and you get light plum and a hint of sweetness. Very nice. I love that plum aroma.
T: Tart lemon. Very light plum. Even lighter grape, apple, and grapefruit. Not too complex, but nice.
M:Medium. Leaves that cloying sourness of your spit. Lingering almost minty/menthol coolness.
O: Plum is not a very strong-tasting fruit, so it's not a surprise the plum flavor is light. That being said, if you were to be blindfolded, you might not guess this is a plum berliner. This is a great beer anyway.

750 mL bottle poured into a snifter.

Appearance - Pours a thick, viscous, mucous grapefruit-pink body. Small white head. Thin collar. A few random islands. Why is it so thick?

Smell - Has that normal intense de Garde acidic aroma. Light plum aroma. Strong oak.

Taste - Very tart. Again, it's that de Garde sourness. Hard to specify it. Very oaky. Plum flavor builds and becomes the dominant flavor.

Mouthfeel - Grainy. Thick and snotty viscous texture. Very odd. It has that texture only for the first few moments of the sip and then it doesn't feel that thick. Pretty tart. Medium carbonation.

Overall - Why was it released if it's still in that gross rope phase? The flavor is very simple, but tasty.

Golden color, good fizz, low head retention. Smell is mineral with a tiny bit of fruit. Taste is subtle, not overly sour, refreshing and crisp. Plum is again very subtle but just enough to compliment the acidity. Delightful.

One of the worst Bus I've had. Plum flavor is not really there nor is it that sour.
