Shared with JLindros and Kyle and Ricky.

A - Poured into a Kate the Great tulip a crystal clear golden hue with a thin white head with a thin white head.

S - Aromas of loads of Nelson hops, coriander, great fresh hops, bright citrus and oranges, nice oak barrels, really bright.

T - Taste is similar to the nose, super bright Nelson hops, great oranges, light coriander. Very faint salt, really bright hops with great citrus.

M - Mouthfeel is brightly carbonated, sharp, crisp.

O - Overall this beer was really excellent, great bright citrus with awesome Nelson with loads of flavorful coriander, just awesome. Favorite beer from them yet.

Dear mother of god. What is there to say about this beer? Nelson hops, check! Dry hopping, check! Delicious tart base, check! Saltiness, check!

Seriously, this is my favorite of the dry-hopped Hoses. This beer is so juicy and tart, yet incredibly refreshing. Would crush all summer long if it was possible to get in bulk.

Pour is pale yellow, hazed, puffy white head. Nose is very dusty brett, a hint of sea salt and mineral, orange peel, not really citrusy but husky peel, light hoppy pineapple behind. Taste has a touch less going on. A little bit of grain comes in up front, still a light touch of dusty brett, nicely hoppy, citrus and pineapple with a gentle bitterness. Light body, well carbonated, semi dry finish.

750 ml bottle, Bottled 7/18, Drank 9/2/18

Really enjoyed this - and in the process, learned that I like Lipzeig Goses a lot more than regular Goses, namely because of the dialed down salt content, and the dialed up other stuff. And, interestingly enough, not being a big Nelson fan, I found the Nelson hops complimented this beer exceptionally well. Lastly, while I usually enjoy my sours and wilds at close to room temperature or thereabouts, with this one, for some reason I preferred it closer to refrigerator temperature! Best damn Hose I've ever had! Other things - beautiful look - nice gold / hay color with a white head, some of which remained throughout, and nice lacing. And a nicely delicate mouthfeel - very dry. Not overly sour or tart either. I got the Orange peel, but couldn't get any Coriander, nor much of the aforementioned Sea Salt - fine by me. Near a spot on version of a Leipzig Gose, based on the description in BA - well done de Garde, thanks and cheers!
