Thanks to rudzud for sharing.

Pours a decent fizzy fluffy head that fades pretty quickly, light lacing, murky hazy pear orange yellow color.

Nose brings tons of peach, slight tart but mostly fresh peach, little sweet candy fruit, no real beer or sour left just peach flesh.

Taste brings sweet malts but a huge sour acetic acid tartness, puckering tart sour lemony and fruity flavors, fresh peach and peach syrup, tart soured peach, little sticky syrupy thing, again house funky yeast icky thing. Finish is mildly sticky, long lingering tartness and sour lingering peach.

Mouth is med to lighter bod, decent carb.

Overall good, still that house yeast thing, but peach over powers it thankfully.

Shared with JLindros.

A - Poured into a Kate the Great tulip a nice hazy golden hue with a thin head that fades quickly.

S - Aromas of bright aromatic peaches, bright and juicy, however, there once again is the house yeast that I don't care for, rather bready.

T - Taste is similar to the nose, huge amounts of peaches, great floral peaches, nice dinner fruit sourness, good juicy fruit. Very light Berliner.

M - Mouthfeel is nicely carbonated, good clean peach.

O - Overall this beer was one of the best De Garde berliners to date. Great peach with very light house yeast. Lovely.

The beer pours a lighter, yet thick and cloudy looking golden yellow (milky towards the bottom) with no head retention or visible carbonation once still. The nose is juicy peaches upfront with an underlying grassy funk. The taste is initially peach pit while still cold, but as it warms the beer develops a ripe peach fruit quality, along with barnyard and a bit of saline & spice. It's dry and fruity with light carbonation, and has grain and yeast clawing from the depths in the finish. This beer's a fantastic offering considering the price, abv, drinkability, and fruit character - definitely recommend.

750ml bottle. Served in a snifter 4/13/2015.

A- Hazy, cloudy, yellow-orange body with one finger white head, great retention, nice lacing. It looks like straight up mimosas.

S- Rich peach skin, peach aromas, tart lactic acid, a bit of oak, not much funk. Very much driven by the fruit, which is as pure peach as I've found in any beer I've had. Delicious with a fair amount of complexity.

F- Peach skin, stone fruit flavours, lactic acid tartness, oak, a mild funk, quite juicy. Very mild earthy bitterness on the backend that is still mostly dominated by stone fruit.

M- Medium-thin bodied, the overall tartness makes it slightly trickier to gulp down, but overall a very drinkable, tart ale that delivers a lot of peach on the front, middle and the backend.

O- Awesome strong peach presence with the characteristic lactic Bu presence. This is excellent.

Color: Golden yellow. Looks like a lighter orange juice color.

Smell: Ripe peaches throughout. Peach skin

Taste: Medium to high Carb. Sour, but very balanced. Peach bomb after taste. It has a nice tartness to it.

Its an absolute amazing peach sour. De Garde you hit a home run on color and taste. AWESOME!

Absolutely one of the best noses I've ever encountered in a beer. It smells like a warm breeze blowing through a peach orchard -- not so much juicy fruit as peach skin. The color in the glass is a late afternoon sun. The flavor is light -- peach skin, a touch of fruit and solid acid bite. This is insanely refreshing and easy drinking. A lovely beer that might only benefit from a tad more depth and complexity.

More peach skin and pit than juicy ripe peach, though there's plenty of juice as well. Considerable funkiness builds as it warms. The base beer is more front and present than I recall in many of the other Imperial Bu (or regular for that matter) and, in this case, I think it's a good thing; reminds you that you are, in fact, drinking a beer.
