Thanks to Wowcoolman for sharing this one at hopodyssey's tasting.
Pours a murky dark orange-brown with a foamy tan head that settles to wisps of film on top of the beer. Tiny dots of lace drip into the remaining beer on the drink down. Smell is sour with fruit, white wine, wood, and acidic aromas. Taste is much the same with sour grain, fruit, white wine, and acidic flavors on the finish. There is a medium amount of acidity on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp and dry mouthfeel. Overall, this is a very good beer with awesome sour fruit qualities all around.
Serving type: bottle.
