Hazy orange color with lots of fruit pulp floaties. Aroma is full of apricot, fruit jam and mineral, salty funk. Taste is salty, mineral, really fruity, tart but not really acidic. Medium body and carbonation. Really nice gose with intense fruit notes.

L: Straight orange juice with opaque pumpkin and orange hues and a bright white head
S: Nice bit of funk complemented by peaches and apricots
T: Lactic, tart, and juicy with a pinch of salt underpinned by an infinitely smooth apricot profile
F: Soft and lightly carbed
O: Another well executed and stunning beer by de Garde. Sweet, salty, and light - honestly, it's a shame that I popped this open on a chilly fall day as this would be a perfect beer for a sunny and warm summer day. In any event, this was a superb beer and very enjoyable.

2016 Boise stone fruit tasting on 8/27. 750ml bottle thanks to Darrel. Pours out a very cloudy orange/golden. Very juicy aroma and taste, and the carbonation couples wit the astringency to provide a very tart, puckering experience. Strong apricot flavor throughout.

One of the best de Garde bottles out there.
Nearly just as good as Imperial Apricot Bu. So much juicy apricot. Pretty tart and maybe just a little bit so, but that's expected of de Garde. Could use a some head.

Lots of yummy apricot but not much in the way of gose flavors. Heck I would never have guessed this was a Gose if the label did not say. That being said the Apricot was spot on.

Shared with JLindros.
A - Poured into a Kate the Great tulip a wonderful nicely golden sunset hue with basically no head that faded immediately to leave nothing. Looks acidic.
S - Aromas of great creamy wheat, coriander, lemon, salt. Great gose notes. The fruity fleshy apricot is strong in the background. Smells nice and really fragrant.
T - Taste is similar to the nose, great wheat notes, excellent coriander, nice salt. The apricot pops as it warms. The apricot flesh is super juicy and there is even great dried apricot. The wine is really vinous too!
M - Mouthfeel is nicely carbonated, though it is flemmy on the finish.
O - Overall this beer was a really great representation of the style with the added bonus of delicious apricots. Excellent.

Really no head, murky apricot peach color.
Nose brings big fruit, tons of stone fruit, apricot flesh all over, hint of coriander and salt thing, big fleshy peach, juicy, some creamy wheat.
Taste is pretty tart, nice fleshy apricot and generic stone fruit, big acidity, tart fleshy fruit, tangy like too. Also light creamy wheat, fluffy, with touch of coriander and salt, nice gose, little vinous white wine and touch toasted oak. Finish is a bit more salt, creamy chewy wheat, big fleshy tart apricot, little flemmy. When it warms big toasted oak and wine barrel, more fleshy apricot too.
Mouth is med to lighter bod, lighter carb though, nice acidity, quite flemmy.
Overall quite nice, great coriander notes, great tart fruit, overall great beer.
