Thanks, Brian.
A mildly hazy grapefruit peel colored pour with a dense off white head with good retention and lacing. The nose is a wild blend of earth, clean lemon, gin botanicals, mild floral character, a little bit of white pepper, orange peel, grains of paradise, juniper. A little honey, a touch of cotton candy, and some fruit are present. The palate opens with a big lemony tartness with a noticeable Brett funk, a mildly mushroom and earth like character, a little bit of damp wheat. The mid palate is where this beer shines with a great blend of tropical fruit with mango and papaya, peach and nectarine and the mildly sweet honeyed toast. Drying, mildly oak like on the finish with vanilla, some tannins and a noticeable dextrinous feel. Highly carbonated on the finish, this is closer to an American wild than a saison. Delicious.

Decently hazy appearance, nice pillowey head that sticks around.
Aroma has some Brett character: hay and a little horse blanket. I get a small amount of the advertised gin barrel, but not a ton in the aroma.
Moderately high acid at the front of the tongue, but balanced nicely with an interesting sweet juniper finish.
Overall really well done, but personally I wouldn't mind the acid being toned down just a bit.
