A new release from our Lambic inspired series, this beer was fermented and extensively aged in 65% oak Sherry and 35% oak Brandy barrels. Big nutty Sherry notes with a subdued oxidative sweetness, medium acidity, and a complex Brett character.

amber in color, no head. Nose of oak, dG funk, sherry, brandy. Taste follows. Very strong oak, sherry nuttiness, and sweetness from the brandy. Decent acidity. Feel is very light and well carbed. Overall good non-fruited beer, but it is not super complex and a little to acidic for me.

750 ml at Boise bottle share. Hazy golden, small bubbly head. Yeasty aroma and taste, some floral notes. Yeasty, floral, mildly sweet. High pucker factor.

Bronze in color. Very little head.
This has a lot going on caramel malts and some sweetness from the brandy. The sherry barrels show a little. A lot of oak and a lot of sourness. The brandy barrels add another layer and hints of grapes and dark fruits show. A very complex brew.
