Our foeder fermented and aged wild Saison inspired beer, this was transferred after maturation into secondary oak tank for conditioning on orange peel and dry hopping. Tropical and citrusy, lightly tart, and very delicious.

Foggy copper-orange with a fizzy beige head that recedes to nothing but a surface that looks like the bubbling edge of a riverbank, where the invisible bugs land and take flight on top, and the water life breathes underneath.
Smell starts with a bright, oaky champagne-like spritz and is paired with orange zest, a little berry and a hint of funk. Aroma is mostly tepid, but a slight, faint sting accompanies these attributes.
Taste is explosive, tart orange zest and orange gummies with a dry, tanniny chew, white wine barrel oak, and a little sharp acetic acid. I'm getting some of those mixed berries from the nose, and, as it warms, a spicy, wild herbal note.
Feel is crisply carbonated, shockingly sour, but just on the verge of being too much then pulling back, with a dry finish.
