Poured into a wine glass. A hazy golden color with a frothy white head. A pungent peach-forward aroma with a bit of funk and some sulfur. The taste was of massive peach flavors with straw, barnyard funk, and a bright tartness. Medium-bodied and highly drinkable. Delicious.

Poured from 750mL bottle into a tulip.

Appearance: medium golden hue with a light haze, strong effervescence and a finger of fizzy tan foam. I like it.

Smell: huge peach aroma with a fair bit of sweetness and a little tangy bite underneath. Very good indeed.

Taste: it's called "petit" pêche but the peach here is pretty massive. Tartness is considerably stronger than the aroma would suggest. There's a hint of funk underneath which is very subtle but plays very well into the peach theme. Outstanding.

Mouthfeel: medium-light body with a moderately high carbonation and a fizzy creaminess.

Overall: this is a really wonderful beer. I could drink this incessantly.

Funky dry peachy. Great carb. Sharp tartness. Almost a light hoppiness alongside the peach. Both play well with the funky yeast. I could see the tartness dialed back a bit as it is fairly sharp and bordering on acidic.
