Clear sparkling gold with a tall white foam that leaves tons of reaching lace.
Woody funk, herbal cedar and wildflowers explode on the nose and then again on the palate. Toasted cracker and sesame accent a sharply tart grapefruit as stanky aged hops continue to bring this onslaught of flavor and aroma to a really intense crescendo.
The softly frothy medium body thins to a cotton dry, woody finish.
What a complex and unique beer!

Tasted blind. The beer has a tame, clear head, and it pours quite clean - though the nose is very funky and sour. It has quite a lot of tartness to the taste, though as it warms, it opens up quite a lot. The texture becomes very smooth and the tartness dissipates significantly. It's deliciously sour. Fantastic beer.

This was incredible. One of the best dG beers I've had. Very lambic/gueuze like. Wish I had more.
