750ml into snifter. Thanks Abel.
A: Pours a clear apricot golden with a fluffy and thick white rocky head that faded into a fuzzy collar that left fine sheets of lace down the glass.
S: Nose is filled with stone fruit notes full of peach and perfumey flowers. Brett comes through along with some light grains and some peppery, yeasty, spice.
T: Follows the nose with stone fruit and sweet tropical fruit, finish has a touch citrus rind bitterness. Peppery yeast interplays between sweet fruits and earthy doughy yeast.
M: Creamy full carb, medium full body, with a sweet and airy mouthfeel with a nice chewy to it.
O: Amazing; super fruity but perfect spice and yeast flavors to balance.

750ml bottle at RBSG. Thanks Darrell. Pale golden pour capped with an airy white head. Citrusy aroma, hops, wood barrel, funk. Flavor is more citrus, tempered bit by the wood, making it more earthy. Pucker is right where it should be.

This pours a slightly hazy dark orangeish color, with a small head, and a bit of lacing.
This has a bit of an odd aroma, a bit like old cheese rind and plastic, with funky citrus and oak on the nose as well.
This has a definite strange bitterness to it, like the part of the cheese rind you're not supposed to eat. It makes it slightly hard to drink. There is a really nice dank citrus character to this, and lots of damp oak.
This is definitely a sipper, due to the odd flavors. It's carbonated normally.
This isn't my favorite de Garde- there are some odd flavors that make it slightly tough to drink.
