outstanding IPA. fruity tropical citrus aroma. Cedary pine taste. washes over the tongue and lingers a delicious hop.

Great IIPA. Given the ABV, it drinks incredibly well. Very fragrant, almost a tropical fruit smell. This is my first bet I've tried from these guys, I'll have to find more.

Can: Poured a clear amber color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some good lacing. Aroma of citrusy hops with some earthy hops notes is pleasant enough. Taste is not as sharp on hops as I would have expected with some citrus notes and a lightly sweet malt backbone. Body is about average with good carbonation. Not as much floral hoppy notes as I had expected form a Vermont IIPA. May be due to fact that brewery is only starting.

This beer makes me feel good. 5 stars for feel! Found this all around the area in bars and had many cans, some slightly aged. All were great experiences, so this beer is awesome in my book. Have it with a pizza, you'll be happy!

Canned 12/15/14.

Frosted orange body, not completely hazy as i can still see shapes through. Thick bubbling foam with a permanent bond all around the glass. Aroma is mostly oranges and that follows in the flavor. Creamy with a pronounced bitterness. My gripe with this one is it's very clean, likely filtered and as such loses a bit of personality. Wished it had more of an edge as i find that is more fitting with DIPAs.

Far too malty for my tastes. Hop profile is muddy on the palate, cant define anything beyond basic bitterness. The shocking amount of sweetness leads me to believe it is under attenuated. Maybe with some tightening up this could become a good recipe but for now...

Pours a darker gold with a huge frothy head into my glass. That is one hell of a lovely head.

Mango and grapefruit in the nose. Hints at something much hoppier underneath.

A wallop of citrus hits the taste buds, disseminating into grapefruit, mango and buttery malt.

Burns the mouth with bitterness as it goes down. Wow. Very crisp. Finish is actually a little dry.

I give 14th Star mad props on their take of the Vermont Double IPA, which should actually be a style here on BA. Tribute stands tall among legends such as Heady Topper, Hyzer Flip, Mastermind, Second Fiddle and Double Sunshine.

Bought this in a 4 pack cans. Marketing is oh so similar to Heady Topper. Silver 16 ounce cans.

It's excellent Double IPA with very similar taste to above mentioned beer. Definitely worth getting again
