A clean golden body with pillowy white head on draft. A good dose of Brett on the nose with noticeable hay. Flowers and tropical fruits on the nose. A slight hint of pine. The flavor comes from an interplay of the Brett and the hops. It's a clean, crisp, bright use of Brett that emits honeydew and cantaloupe from the hops. A hint of underripe pineapple as well. Some straight Brett funk on the front end. Finish is nice and dry but not overly so. Balance is good. Mid palate has some lemon rind from the kettle sour. Very complex, but balanced. An enjoyable hoppy Brett beer at its core.
