Introducing our latest bottled beer, The Wind. The Wind is our classic Gose dry hopped with Citra hops and grapefruit. Some of you may have had this beer in the past as a cask beer. Well we liked it so much that we figured out how to bottle it.

Appearance: Pours a somewhat hazy goldenstraw with a three finger head; decent retention with a few shards lingering
Smell: Citrusy, with lemon and grapefruit tones; hint of tropical fruits
Taste: Lemon and grapefruit up front with hints of papaya and starfruit; bitter and somewhat salty in the finish
Mouthfeel: Light bodied with crisp carbonation
Overall: Not like any other Gose I have had before; love the combination of the citrus and the salt

Solid gose style beer with smells of citrus and grapefruit sour. Had this one from a can purchased at the brewery itself In Vermont. It’s drinkable and good.

Had it on cask. With room temperature you can reach taste the perfect balance between citrus and that sour tang. Nice beer with a great grapefruit tart. Well done.
