Thanks to egrace84 for this bottle!
12 fl oz bottle sealed with silver unbranded pressure cap.
poured into HF wine stem.
Appearance: yellow bodied beer with 2 fingers of white head that quickly drops down to a thin cap with a ring around the glass. no lacing on the glass.
Smell: This smells just like 7UP or Sprite. Lots of nicely balanced lemon and lime flavors that are pretty zippy. Light wheat malt profile.
Taste: Light and well balanced lemon and lime citrus presence. Light tartness upfront and a light yogerty funk on the back end. Also tasting some pear and pear skins flavors. An aftertaste that is very reminicent of Sprite.
Mouthfeel: light bodied beer with low carbonation levels. Semidry finish maybe even a little more than semidry. This occasionally feels slightly heavy or syrupy, but the driness and carb helps to break that up.
Overall: This Yuzu Fierce is just as good as Fierce. It is hard to say which one I like better because its pretty close. I would barely give the advantage to the Yuzu version of Fierce though. Never heard of Yuzu fruit, but it works nicely in this berliner.

16oz can pours a pale yellow color with a plentiful white-colored head that fades down. Smells tart and fruity. Very tart flavor with a nice lemony note and a bit of saltiness. Not too much else to it. Light to medium body and moderate carbonation mouthfeel with no bitterness.
Nice and tart sour. Doesn't need to be complex to be good, and this is better executed than plenty of sours I've had. Might buy again.

Very good head production and reasonable retention for the style. Very pale yellow body, lighter than straw, appropriately cloudy.
Very earthy and milky nose, musty. Citrus is noticeable, but it's not front and center behind the pungent earthiness.
Flavor is similarly pungent, but with plenty of citrus. Presentation continues to be very earthy and natural, and the amount of overall flavor packed into this minuscule ABV is really remarkable. Lemon, earth, tea. Fairly tart, but I wouldn't exactly call it sour.
Very lively. Fuller body than the ABV has any right to claim, but still very drinkable.

Pours a glowing, murky yellow with an inch of fizzing head that quickly dissipates. Smell is tart with a little bit of funk. Taste has a really nice initial lemony citrus tartness followed by a smooth middle and finally in the aftertaste some nice subtle funk. Appropriate amount of carbonation and very nice going down. Definitely enjoying this one.

Pale yellow and lightly hazy. There’s a fingernail of eggshell around the rim and covering half of the top. The aroma is of ginger and lime. I’m tasting pear, faint ginger, and a splash of lime. The mouth is moderately carbonated and crisp.
