Pale hazy gold, compact layer of white foam with spotty lace all around the glass.
Citrusy aroma, oak and mild acidity and lightly cheesy Brett funk.
Taste is tart and acidic with a nice oak presence. Light traces of vanilla and orange, vague cheese rind Brett funk. Rounded feel, pulpy and full bodied with a moderate vinous tartness. Like a sweeter Sancerre. Nicely puckering and quenching. Overall this is nice stuff, pretty Side Projecty.
