Bought a 4-pack from Mousetrap. Had the first while playing tennis. Wildly refreshing (but the circumstances were favorable for such a summation.)
Had the second because I had no chilled saisons for dinner. My bad.
This is not a table ale. As advertised, this beer is for beaches. Refreshment on beaches. Exquisite hydration whenever needed.
So what to make of Beer For Beaches?
First, of all... a correct classification. So much fruit in this that it cannot be a saison, despite that being its base.
Looks OK, interesting rose'-amber tinge. Also slightly above average Smells, as the tart and tropical fruits are there; but no explosion of tropical fruits. Tastes are mostly to quite refreshing. I appreciate the mixed malt base of a saison that gives a cleansing and quenching in the mouth. Active bubbles. After tennis, I was one of three who thought that this hit the spot.
Overall? Another creative triumph from Off Color. Mixing the mixed-up malt bill of a saison with the fruit of a beach cocktail is a good way to expand beer's market... albeit only 3 months a year this far north. Cheers !
7/2/21 Had again after tennis and the result was the same: not just me was very glad to have this refreshment. I've edited the above review and will keep count over at UnTappd.

16 fl oz, can, no date on the can, but I've been holding this down for a month or two, and with the end of summer approaching, best to kill this can. "Summer Ale with peach, cranberry, pineapple, and lemon juices added".
A: Body is pinkish & rubyish, with hints of orange thrown in. Head is big and billowy. Super fluff.
S: Aroma is lightly musty, but fruity. Super berryish, with a hint of sour / tartness.
T: Fruity, crisp, slightly watery if you ask me, and a lot of the flavors (pineapple in particular) are not really noticeable. Peach comes through the most, giving the beer a lot of white wine like flavors. Cranberry is there, but i would probably think it was raspberry if I didn't know any better. Slightly gose-ish at times.
F: Smooth, crisp, clean, fairly easy-drinking. Okay carb.
Overall average. Off Color has put out better fruit beers in the past.

16 oz can into a tulip. Cloudy pale ruby-peach color with a fizzy white head. Peach, pineapple, cranberry aroma. Unexpectedly puckering sour flavor - tannic cranberry, tart cherries, overripe blackberry. Feel is medium with a good amount of carbonation.

Released 6/28/23; drank 7/12/23 @ the Yarchives.
Mostly opaque orange/pink appearance.
A rough pour yielded a big, noisy khaki head which quickly dissipated; almost no lacing remained.
Tart fruit punch notes in the nose.
Medium mouthfeel.
Tart fruit punch with a hint of clove.
Enjoyable but not one I'll seek out often.

Murky yellow body with a white cap. Expected this to be refreshing and fruit forward, but in reality it was kind of neither. Aromas were more phenolistic than expected, cranberry and pineapple stand out in particular. Taste almost conveys the fruit in an overripe way, esters all over them, lemon and peach are stronger here than nose, but neither have much depth, just kind of muddled fruits with malt and lighter yeast. Body is light, smooth but has plenty of that ester smoothness. Not what I was expecting, seems caught in between

Pours a pale orange tone, then is rendered hazy by pouring out the fruit glop sediment. The color looks like a peach Bellini. Lasting sticky foam leaves a lasting sudsy collar around the edges.
Aroma is vaguely fruity, but there’s an odd artificial note that throws it off. Slight plastic or phenol note that doesn’t jive well.
Lightly tart, a little tannic cranberry, odd phenols again. The fruit is muddled, and doesn’t present any peach or pineapple flavors. Medium bodied, maybe due to the dextrin malt. Overall it’s a little odd, can’t say I really enjoyed it very much. Thanks to Chris for this one!
