Having visited the main location a few days ago I was intrigued to see if some of their other locations lived up to the main one. A bit hard to find, only a very small sign out front hints at what is inside the building. Once we found the entrance we checked out the small store right inside the door, some pretty nice swag and bottles in there. Once we got to the bar area it was pretty similar to the main location, with a bit more plane noise. Atmosphere was pretty laid back but it was mostly dead at lunch time so nothing to amazing. Service was awesome. Our bartender was great to talk to and never let my glass sit empty for more than a minute. Quality was pretty high all around. Beers in the correct glasses and the building itself was beautifully renovated to fit their needs. Selection was even better than the original location. I know they just had their winter storm event a week or so ago so I can only assume I encountered some of the leftovers. I was able to get a StoneWall, one of my long time wants, and a ’08 Old Guardian aged in red wine barrels. They also had a few other leftovers but we had other places to be. Food was excellent as usual. I got the pulled chicken and boar sandwich and it was awesome. Also got to try some of the BBQ ribs and they were excellent as well. Prices on beers were pretty good, food was again a little overpriced but it was quality so thats not a huge deal for me. Overall I think I might prefer this place in almost every way over the main location except the overall vibe. I will have to return for dinner next time I am in town and see if it is any better then. Still an awesome place to have a beer and avoid some of the usual crowds that frequent the main location.

Stone Brewing olrd Bistro and Grdens is simply huge
A great place to enjoy both delicious food and Stone beers
Probably not the best place to meet people but I've seen (including myself) several people on their own at the bar

We had a fantastic time at Liberty Station! Great selection of both exclusive Liberty Station beers and Stone brewing beer, and all enjoyed at a beautiful outdoor patio section. Food was great, service was attentive, and I'd definitely recommend stopping by whether you're a craft beer fanatic or not! Liberty Station also has an amazing selection of wines and soda both made on site if beer isn't your preference!

This place was tremendous. In town from the East Coast with family and my niece decided to go to Stone Liberty Station and it was wonderful. We went during the day on a Tuesday so it was not crowded at all, but the service was outstanding and the beer and food were both really, really good. Highly recommend this place for anyone.

This is a really cool spot in the old Naval base in San Diego. Not as great as the amazing Escondido location, but very nice in its own right. There's a huge outdoor patio and an even bigger area inside. The food is absolutely amazing (have the beef short rib!) and the beer is, well Stone beer: solid but not spectacular.

This place looks incredible! Wide selection of beers, all of which is top notch and super fresh. Great gift shop with growlers & bottles for sale. Food was exceptionally good. Very cool place!

This was an interesting place. One, it's a very large space. There's an outdoor area with tables and chairs and a smaller outdoor bar. Being my first time here, I thought the outdoor area was it. By itself, it would have been a nice layout. Trying to find my way around, I found out there's a whole other indoor area. I'm assuming the main bar is inside. Second, the area is a re-purposed former military base. Kinda cool.

You can tell Stone invested a lot of money into this place. A plus, the bathrooms were really nice!

The vibe was great. The service wasn't though. There were only 4 guys sitting at the bar, but the 5 or so servers around seemed more content putting their glasses in crates than serving me. I only had one glass of Bruery beer and left. The guest tap list was larger than any other Stone location I've been to, thus far, so that's a plus.

It was nice to visit once. For me, it's more convenient to just hang out at the smaller location by the Santa Fe Depot though the vibe is nowhere close to the Liberty Station location.

I didn't try the food and only had one beer here, mostly because the selection really underwhelmed.

When I visit a brewery I look forward to finding brews that I couldn't pick up in a gas station or that are made especially for the brewery. I didn't find much of that at this location, with a gose---which was nice---being the one exception.

The space itself was massive and felt like visiting Jurassic Park's theme world. Big old gift shop, wide-open interior and theme park feel. Service was pretty impersonal.

Not a place I'd revisit, I don't think.
