Pours a golden orange, with a white bar pour head that leaves some descent lacing.

Aroma is nice lightly sweet bready malt, maybe hints of caramel. Hops have nice sweet floral with citrus under tones.

Taste is nice bready malts with big doses of hops, floral flavors and citrus bite bitterness. Crisp not overly heavy highly hoped bite.

Mouthfeel is medium with medium level carbonation.

Overall hard to find a bad double IPA , this one is better then average. Good hop flavors, good hope bitterness. Easy drinking favorable brew.

Appearance: orange in color with a 1" head that falls to some spotty surface covering.

Smell: orange and tropical fruits.

Taste: caramel, orange, pineapple, grapefruit, and an earthy wet bitterness.

Mouthfeel: medium bodied beer. Lightly crisp from start to finish. Light dryness arrives late.

Overall: a well balanced brew that is satisfying.

This is a very well balanced DIPA with a hearty malt structure but an ever present fruity hop. It starts with a dose of tangerines, oranges, grapefruit and pineapple. Its followed by caramel malt, honey, barley and nut. Delicious and easily drinkable with a lower bitterness.

On draft at a little bar outside of Asheville. Served in a 13oz Belgian glass. Tropical fruit, and a pleasant bitterness that hangs around. Nice hazy orange color with beautiful lacing. A great DIPA, and a nice departure from the "West Coast" style that breweries in the South are still stuck on.

Convinced that if this beer were bottled and distributed it would be highly sought after. Malt profile is reminiscent of the best enjoy bys, aroma is citrus, mango, dank, and resinous. Fresh this DIPA is absolutely delicious.
