Dark hazy red with a fuzzy, creamy white-pink collar stretching out some arms of lace on the glass.
Wine barrel and char pairs with toasted seeds as a sour pickling accents red wine grapes and dark berry tannins. There's a hint of vinegar in this woody sour, but without the high acidity.

More of a fruity, jammy type wild ale. Tartness is subtle, not what I would consider sour. Easy drinking and actually kind of refreshing, very nice. I don't consider myself the biggest sour fan and i really enjoyed it, curious to see what others more into sours will think of it.
