L: Slightly hazy straw with a big foamy white head that fizzes away rather quickly, but leaves a thin bubbly head that leaves foamy lacing.

S: Floral, lemony, corn(?), passion fruit, honey.

T: Corn, grainy malt, lemon, grapefruit, a touch of passion fruit.

F: Very light, sort of watery. Very effervescent carbonation, though.

O: I'll grant that this is three months old, but frankly I'm not impressed. I'm almost certain there's corn in this and it turns me off a bit. The hop character is almost non-existent. It's not terrible, but not great, either.

I don't think I've had a single cashmere hop ipa before, but this was solid and on par with the reat of the ceremonial series. Light, refreshing, smooth and hoppy!

Appearance -pours bight grapefruit color with nice tight head that dissipates to a thin film. Spotty lacing around the glass.

Aroma - Light tropical aromas mango lemon and tangerine mostly. There is also a very light hay presence as well.

Taste - Very solid flavors very similar to the nose. Nice tart grapefruit with a hint of tangerine and orange peel. There is a quick hit of hops at the end that gives it a momentary bitter finish that goes away quickly.

Feel - Light bodied pretty crisp and refreshing not much dryness at all.

Overall - A really well done session. Great flavors light and refreshing.

Canning date 5/11/17. Pint can

Hazy gold foil. A fairly quick pour into a Duvel tulip produced over two fingers of white head. Reduced to a variegated sheet and incomplete ring of carbonation.
I smelled hay, lemon, peach, sour malts.
Subtle pineapple, other tropical fruits, lemon, light floral, a little peach or pear.
Well carbonated, crisp finish. Lack of bitterness noticeable by absence.
Can't say I've had a beer featuring cashmere hops before, and I'll be looking for them in the future. Full-bodied for the 4% ABV. Pints are the perfect serving size. I'll be following this series from Burial.

A: Pours a very lightly hazy pale yellow in color with moderate amounts of active visible carbonation rising from the bottom of the glass and moderate lemon yellow highlights. The beer has a finger tall foamy white head that reduces to a large patch of thin film covering the entire surface of the beer with a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Light amounts of lacing are observed.

S: Slightly stronger than moderate aromas of citrus/tangerine, tropical/peach, tropical/melon, and herbal hops over light aromas of slightly sweet grainy malts.

T: Upfront there is a light to moderate flavor of slightly sweet grainy malts. That is followed by a moderate flavor of citrus/tangerine, tropical/peach, tropical/melon, and herbal hops which imparts a slightly less than moderate amount of bitterness which does not linger for too long.

M: Light to medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Slightly crisp.

O: Very enjoyable - super easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and really nice hop flavors + aromas. Definitely one that I could easily have a couple of and I would definitely enjoy again. As always, a very well constructed session IPA that really highlights the specific hop varietal used.
