Hazy AF yet so light and fresh! The perfect mouth finish to let you remember this delight of a beer sip after sip. Quite possibly the best IPA I’ve had since moving to North Carolina!

Murky tropical fruit smoothie look with a sticky, bubbly head that sticks in sheets. Aroma is thick with Galaxy hops: bright passion fruit, mango, weed, grapefruit. Dank tropical fruit - classic Galaxy character - passion fruit, apricot, pulpy citrus juice. Lots of fruit and yet not cloying. Creamy, somewhat undercarbed feel, but remains fluffy and drinkable. Good stuff...

With a full and fruity display of what's best about Galaxy hops, the brewers at Burial couldn't celebrate the character of this hop variety better. Perfectly juicy, radiant an abundant, the IPA that employs reckless amounts of the hop is a sheer delight to drink.
Long winded, To Streak Blood Across My Brown in nothing near a beat down as its tantalizing aroma draws in the senses with a rich tropical perfume along with nuances of citrus and stone fruit. Milky and sepia stained, the murky looking brown does little to deter the first sip. Diving underneath its creamy off white froth, a pastry sweetened malt character teases the tongue with gentle honey, powdered sugar and poundcake.
As its richness relaxes, the Galaxy hops begin to shine. The overwhelming spirit of passionfruit engulfs the middle palate with a juicy, tangy and tropical sensation. Supporting fruit flavors span a lime, white grapefruit, orange and peach array to give the ale a fruit punch character. The late palate trends spicy, herbal and bitter with a striking taste of sassafras and green tea.
Lightly peppery and laced with tropical fruit skins, the medium bodied beer has a moderate and balancing bitterness on the finish that shows increasing flavors of lemongrass, chive and freshly shaved fragrant woods. A gin-like spice carries an alcohol presence of light juniper and pine with a medium length afterglow of geranium and passionfruit peel.
