Can dated 3/20/21 into pint glass. Pours a murky straw-gold color witha brief off-white head. Initial impression is pine, berry, citrus, lemon, and a bit of tangerine. Mouthfeel is West Coast-ish. Finish is clean and a litttle bitter, but with a lingering hint of caramel. Overall, the hops selection make this one stand out from an increasingly predictable IPA field. Well done!

Pours a hazy pale yellow hints of orange in the color with fluffy white head good lace.

Aroma is typical tropical and citrus bready malt base. Not bad but maybe the bar is too high for Burial not as nice as the other 4 pack I picked up.

Taste is like the nose tropical fruits lightly more citrus notes that luckily level some lingering bitterness. Bready malt base that plays out more in the finish then anywhere else. Pretty good IPA, might be biased but just expect perfection from Burial and this isn't perfect.

Mouthfeel is medium lightly les then medium carbonation.

Overall eh not bad a good IPA , wouldn't repurchase though as most of there others are better.

Released 11/18/20; drank 11/24/20 @ the Yarchives.

Opaque orange/yellow appearance.

A violent pour yielded a nice bright white head; strong lace.

Grapefruit, wheat & table sugar notes in the nose.

Medium mouthfeel.

Grapefruit & dry wheat flavors up front; mild table sugar notes on the finish.

This is OK, but Burial is capable of so much more. Not one I'll seek out again.

Nice hazy glowing gold with a small off-white head that leaves nice lacing.

Smell is very citrus and tropical. You get the malt and grain undertones. It's a robust and complex aroma.

Taste is amazing. Orange peel, lemon, some grapefruit, light pine, malt complements it very well. Creamy but with a clean dry finish and a lingering and enjoyable hop bitterness.

Juicy mouthfeel. Dry finish. Medium carbonation and body.

Get it. Wonderful beer.

Sweet juicy tropical hoppy aromatics on this one! Taste follows with the juiciness and subdued bitter bite. This has outstanding depth for a single!!!

Thanks to rudzud
Canned 7/03/18
Light fizzy head, almost no head, murky lemony blond color

Nose tons of citrus, orange juice, tangerine, little mango juice, a bit if creamy malt, tons of pith, a grainy thing like leftover shells from the milled grain, more tropical like papaya, maybe faint melon, but then like a flour water thing

Taste brings big creamy wheat flakes oat mash, toasted grain and barley shell like thing, again little dry flour like thing in the back end, big hops too, some tropical papaya, mango, juicy citrus, tangerine, young orange, faint cantaloupe, more citrus and pithy, drier finish, touch of bitterness but very creamy and soft

Mouth is med bod super soft creamy flour water like, lighter on the carb

Overall everything is there it's just missing the extra pizzazz and pop, and seems like they added flour instead of the right water profile and mash but not sure, more carb could have helped as well

Received as an extra in a trade and shared with JLindros.

A - Poured into a Kate the Great tulip a nice hazy pale gold with a thin white head that fades to leave light wisps and a thin halo.

S - Aromas of nice orange zest, tangerine, bright floral citrus. Light melon, little papaya. Finish is tropical bitterness. Almost a raw flour note.

T - Taste is similar to the nose with nice bright orange and tangerine notes. Good almost zest quality. Flashes of tropical notes but much more subdued, little cantaloupe melon as well. Finish is very very soft, not bitter at all.

M - Mouthfeel is lightly carbonated with a decent body. Though it does seem a bit thin.

O - Overall this was a rather solid ipa with a nice hop profile. Very enjoyable citrus notes.
