Notes: Collaboration with Other Half Brewing Co.

Maybe they were memories. Likely they were dreams. Double Dry-Hopped with Sabro, Citra, Vic's Secret and Simcoe. Made with our best worst friends at Other Half.

OK Deep breaths. Stay calm. This is the best beer I have ever drank in my life. There I said it. I have had Pseudo, I have had everything Cigar City has to offer, I have had Pliny. This wins. If you had the honor of trying this, you understand what I am saying.

Can stamped 31DEC2018

Foggy pale orange with a small layer of cream on the surface. Tropical fruity hop nose: stone fruit, pineapple, grapefruit, and melon. Super duper juicy flavor...mango, tangerine, orange creamsicle, various tropical fruits. Somehow not too cloyingly sweet - creamy and frothy enough to keep it drinkable. Good!

A: Pours an extremely murky milky medium to dark golden orange in color with moderate amounts of fine active visible carbonation rising along the edges of the glass and moderate burnt orange + golden yellow + bright yellow + honey colored highlights. The beer has a two finger tall dense creamy foamy off-white head that slowly reduces to a large patch of very thin film covering the entire surface of the beer and a medium thick ring at the edges of the glass. Significant amounts of lacing are observed.

S: Moderate to strong aromas of juicy tropical/mango, citrus/grapefruit, citrus/tangerine, tropical/pineapple, and stone fruit/nectarine hops over the top of moderate aromas of biscuit + oat + wheat + honey malts with a moderate amount of honey sweetness.

T: Upfront there are light to moderate flavors of biscuit + oat + wheat + honey malts with a moderate amount of honey sweetness. That is followed by just shy of strong flavors of juicy tropical/mango, citrus/grapefruit, citrus/tangerine, tropical/pineapple, and stone fruit/nectarine hops which impart minimal amounts of bitterness and leave huge amount of citrus + tropical hop flavors lingering.

M: Medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Smooth with moderate amounts of creamy/soft/fluffy mid-body and a light amount of dryness in the finish.

O: Easy to drink with extremely well hidden alcohol and a wonderfully creamy/soft/fluffy mouthfeel. Enjoyable with a great hop profile and delicious hop flavors without any bitterness. This is most definitely a juice bomb NEIPA and I would gladly have some more of it.
