Poured from a bottle (released 10Jun2020) into a tumbler
L: deep black brown, minimal brown head that fades quickly. No lacing, slight legs
S: nice spicy, exotic nose. Get a lot of cinnamon and nutmeg, followed by ginger and a chocolatey base. Not much in terms of abv burn
T: tons of spice, really rich flavor. Cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger all come out beautifully but quite assertively. Stout base takes a backseat, medium finish with not much abv heat to it.
F: medium body, medium/light carbonation
O: very flavorful spiced stout. You kind of know what you’re signing up for, delivers quite well

Tar black with a short but creamy, dark mocha head that curls enticingly at the edges in a thick, almost gooey dark chocolate sort of quarter pipe.
The first sip very much reminds me of Huna, but with some contemplation it clearly has a bit more spice complexity, bringing to mind some hints of the holidays, which, in this case relative to others, are not unwelcome. It's not too hot or spicy, though, assisted by a surprisingly thick body, and softened by some undertones of vanilla waffle cone and chocolate wafer. Its paper dry finish brings out a little booze with an exhale of tobacco.

Pours a very dark color with a nice head and lacing
Aroma has rich chocolate, coconut, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, black pepper and coriander hints
The taste follows the nose with a very well balanced and pleasant chocolate, coconut, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, black pepper and coriander flavors
A medium bodied moderately carbonated beer
A great Imperial Stout
